Glengala Fresh started as the cold-pressed juice division of a fruit and vegetable shop. We were already handling the freshest local produce every day, so the question became obvious: what if we made something genuinely worth drinking?
We didn't start by guessing what flavours to combine. We started by asking what actually works. Eight ingredients examined against real health outcomes and real scientific literature — then formulated into combinations that make biological sense.

Whole fruit and vegetables, cold-pressed close to the day you drink it. Nothing added, nothing heat-treated.
We wash our produce in ozonated water before pressing. Ozone is used widely in food processing, and because it reverts to oxygen it does not leave a chlorine taste or sanitiser residue behind — which matters in a raw juice where there is nothing to hide the flavour.
